Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24hours after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, orders are dispatched from our supplier warehouses and delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
• Express Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days

Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Customs and Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages
