Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a real 4K projector?
The HY300's native resolution is 720p HD. It accepts and plays 1080p and 4K video sources, downscaling them to a sharp 720p image. For its size and price it delivers an impressively crisp picture, but if you need native 4K projection this isn't the right unit.
Can I watch Netflix and YouTube directly?
Yes — Android 11 is built in, so you can download and stream apps directly without needing a separate device.
Does it come in a gift box?
Yes — every HY300 ships in its retail box, so it's ready to wrap and give.
How big is the projected image?
It can project from 40 inches up to 130 inches depending on how far you place it from the wall.
Does it work in daylight?
It works best in low-light or dark environments. In daylight, the image will be visible but not as vivid.
Can I connect Bluetooth headphones?
Yes — Bluetooth 5.4 lets you pair wireless headphones or speakers for private or enhanced audio.
I haven't opened it yet, but it arrived quickly and everything seems well packaged.
It took a long time to arrive even with fast delivery included, and it arrived broken 💔
It very good like thw photo and small
After a few minutes of use, the projector stops working. No matter how hard i try, it returns to the same result as in the photo. I don't recommend it, a waste of money.
It's not at all what it says, don't be fooled, it only looks like an HY300 but it's not, it's a model that has nothing to do with it. It doesn't have Android and barely works, it's like 240p and doesn't have an app store. Additionally, you can't configure the ratio, it also doesn't have the same power input as the real HY300, it only has a USB 3.0 input because it doesn't use more than 120 lumens. Save your time, this isn't worth it.
It's not hy300. There is no Korean language support on hy300, and there is no automatic screen leveling function. When mirroring, the response comes 3~5 seconds later, making video viewing delay impossible. The image quality is poor, so I thought there was no lens protection film, but there is none.
Thank you for the fast delivery.
You can feel it's not the best in quality it's for sure not a 4k ultra hd it's not the best but it's working the photo show the quality of the item and what it show
does not support videos the screen saturates.
Not hd projector, came with wrong plug and is not in good condition came with crooked screen not possible to fix.
I didn't have high expectations for the clarity of the portable projector, but as soon as i turned it on, i was amazed. On the white wall of the bedroom, the image is very clear and sharp, and the color reproduction is also very natural. Turning off the lights and closing the curtains at night creates a sense of immersion, truly giving off the feeling of a private cinema.
The effect of the built-in audio system is much better than i expected! The sound is loud and clear, with a certain sense of three dimensionality, and can be well presented in movie dialogues and background music. It is very convenient to use in the bedroom or small study without the need for an external bluetooth speaker.
It arrived quickly, everything was fine although a bit difficult to use. I still haven't been able to share the screen with my phone, but I was able to use it with my TV stick. It would be great if there was a tutorial. The image is better than I expected.
They are the worst, I can't see the screen to view the different platforms and the time stopped working.
Decent for the price, image quality matches the price point.
Connection is easy.
low quality
Projector on the trash heap. Despite the partial compensation, I would not recommend this projector.
1. Without Android (they say there is Android, but in reality there isn't)
2. The image quality is terrible, it's impossible to adjust, and the QR code cannot be read at this quality.
3. The sound is terrible, it's impossible to connect the Bluetooth speaker because there's no Bluetooth.
4. Connection. It is impossible to connect through most of the proposed options.
5. Ergonomics. There is no thread for mounting on a tripod. Arrived defective with a partially opened lid.
For Russia. Buy this high-quality product.
The product is broken and arrived in non-working condition.
The product is very bad and not worth buying at all.
The delivery was fast. The product was well packaged. But the image quality is very poor. I am disappointed with the result.
Very poor quality and definition, and on top of that it would turn off every few minutes.
I have already bought 3 as gifts. Great product value for money!
Toy, it's better to invest a little more.
It cannot be attached to a stick, only placed on a table.
Do not align the square with the wall; it must be straight across from it.
I hope the seller can improve the efficiency of the products, as they are from the country of origin and have strong manufacturing capabilities. Unfortunately, the product does not live up to half of the expectations; it does not support the Arabic language, and the clarity is very poor. It requires a completely dark room to use it. I found some comments saying this, but I was impressed by the description. Therefore, we hope the seller will look for higher quality products.
For the price and for children under 10 years old, the image quality is excellent.
I honestly expected more. It only works via HDMI.
It has a very old system and doesn't allow updates, which is terrible.
The product arrived in good condition, but it is not as described. It doesn't work for the internet, you can't download any apps, it doesn't work for Netflix, I connected the HDMI to the laptop and it still doesn't work. Very poor product.
